Ingredients : Rapeseed oil, smoked and salted cod roe 27% (cod roe 25%, salt), caviar 10% (Acipenser Baerii or Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon roe, salt, preservative: E285), water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), concentrated lemon juice.

Inspired by Mediterranean recipes, Kasnodar caviar tarama has become a classic appetizer, perfect for any season.
Serve it chilled, but not too cold, to fully enjoy its marine notes. Caviar tarama is best savored simply, on warm blinis, toasted bread, or cucumber slices. For pairing, opt for a dry white wine, a brut champagne, or room-temperature vodka.
Storage
At home, keep the Tarama refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C. Refer to the use-by date (DLC) on the back of the packaging.
Once opened, consume the tarama within 48 hours.
